I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for the years of quality pest care that Pioneer has provided for my family and I. When I first moved here from "up North," I had never even seen some of the species of insects that I have encountered here in Texas. I do not consider myself to be overly "creeped out" by bugs, but with Pioneer I rarely have issues at all. In fact, I love seeing them when they are gasping for their last breaths on my floor! Most of the time my technician is Roger. When he comes out, he is always a delight to work with because he is professional, courteous and always arrives in the promised time frame.
In these current days when customer service is often just "lip service," I want you to know that I appreciate doing business with Pioneer.
